France-86 Le Vigeant : A B&B that offers you the silence of a presbytery after the track

The surprise, when you are looking for accommodation close to a track, is to find a place where silence is king. Without constraints, just because the environment is calm and the neighbours respectful. Even the birds are discreet in the early morning.

This is the case for the B&B Chez Keona in Le Vigeant.

Faithful by nature, I would have come back to Pam and John. The context of the sale of this property forced me to change the place where I put the saddlebags of my Z, to go to the Circuit du Val de Vienne, 5 minutes away. Which is already a key criterion for any biker on the road here!

A chance for me, the place is pleasant, very clean, practical and comfortable. It could already be enough.

The bonus is the smile and the very cordial welcome of Fiona and Kevin, also bikers by the way. And that’s not all! The location is just exceptional, in the heart of the village of Le Vigeant, the house is next to the church. Indeed, it is an old presbytery. The rooms are therefore very spacious, which is very practical to put all the biker’s gear and luggage.

And, how can I describe it, the spontaneous understanding of your misery when you realize before the 700 km of the return trip that you are missing THE screw that you thought you had perfectly put aside in safety. This motorcycle complicity that makes you go straight to the garage, at 9pm, and browse all the cans and jars in search of the M2x30 or 40, no way…
…until finding it at breakfast the next morning: the holy grail, the announcement of a perfect return! #millemerciskevin

The Holy Grail: the screw we were looking for with Kevin at 9pm, in vain, and now available for breakfast!

Garage naturally offered free of charge to accommodate the motorcycle, spacious, clean, easy access and safe. Everything you need for a perfect night’s rest!
