Several people contacted Nova Moto in January 2021, worried that a product (scooter!) ordered in December 2020 from a French dealer also using the Nova name was not arriving. The situation is tricky at first glance and explains this writing.
This paper just aims to clarify 2 points:
1. Nova Moto le Shop is closed since September 1st, 2020, Nova Moto now offers services (Personal Shopper) or a BtoB service. These orders of these people were placed in December 2020.
2. Nova Moto le Shop has exclusively distributed innovative accessories, of which you can still find the presentation articles and assembly tutorials, always useful, on Nova Moto le Mag (nova-moto.fr). Nova Moto has never sold any vehicle.
Nova Moto sincerely deplores the situation of these consumers and systematically suggests that they contact the person indicated on the official purchase contract or order form, making it clear that there is no link with this distributor. This is unfortunately a reminder to be careful in any act of purchase.
Nova Moto has always communicated its contact details transparently on the Nova Moto website, nova-moto.fr, as well as on social networks.
I created Nova Moto in 2011, alone. No association or commercial cooperation with another structure has occurred since then. Moreover, the Personal Shopper service is invoiced in order to ensure total independence in the advice provided to Nova Moto’s customers.
